After working on PBL for a different class, I can say this is my favourite active learning methodology. Giving the students a guiding question that will eventually lead to a complex and developed project is like magic to me. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about this and I wish to put PBL into practice in the future. Some of the reasons why I think highly of this methodology are that it encourages students' self reflection, problem solving skills and self-efficacy, as well as promoting creativity and thinking outside the box.
